Any idea why that may be the case? Is it just better data? Or migration?"<BR/><BR/>Maybe one could look at how many primary schools that exist in nearby area earlier years vs. 2007, and together with that relate it to transportation costs from home to school, and further look at family income (decreasing?)and transportation availability.
